Mudjacking

What is mudjacking?

Mudjacking is the process of drilling small holes through concrete, pumping material into holes and raising or leveling the area.

How does it work:

  1. Drilling the Holes: We drill a specific pattern of holes to raise concrete back to original height. By drilling the smallest holes in Lincoln we can assure that the repairs are as discrete as possible.
  2. Pumping the Mud: We pump 100% agricultural limestone into the holes. Once the void under the concrete is filled it begins raise and/or level the area.
  3. Filling the Holes: We then clean the area and fill the holes with concrete to minimize appearance.

When to consider mudjacking:

Mudjacking is a cost-effective and fast way to fix multiple problems with concrete including: lopsided or sinking concrete, water issues (pooling or running towards foundation) and tripping hazards
